After graduate school, I spent almost 7 years working for an agency before I pivoted into private practice.

It was a situation you’re probably familiar with – I was often placed with clients based on availability, not based on my expertise or experience (which often made the work really draining!)…

I was feeling the pressure of working for someone else…
